“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Jesus came to this world, as a baby, then died for you and me! Knowing that He can save you, He will save you, and He is saving you right now – this is good news!

This is the kind of news that causes us to have a season of Celebration each year. Even though it can seem stale at times to attend a church service weekly or set aside time to pray, it’s still good news, period. This is the kind of news that would compel Simeon, while in the temple, to snatch baby Jesus out of the arms of his mother just to look him in the face – just to look the Savior face to face. There is no better reward than looking your Savior in the face knowing what He has done for you. Jesus can save you!
